The classes are each offered once a month (skills in Renton is usually offered every other month). More classes will be added if the need increases. Classes can be taken in most any order, but all online classes must be completed before you can take the hands on skills classes.

Upon successful completion of the Home Care Aide classes, students will receive a 75 hour Certificate of Completion for the Home Care Aide program. They are also eligible to apply to take the State Exam for home care aides to become state-certified through Prometric.

S&H Training Center in Olympia is also a testing site for Prometric (we do not schedule the test, we just host the test). If you would like to take your HCA test at our Olympia location, contact Prometric and give them our testing site code: WAREGOLMP
