Sarah Lane (HCA), Owner/Instructor
Owning and operating a home care agency for the last five years, I am well aware of how important caregiver training is to providing quality, patient-centered care. In fact, before opening my agency, I completed the Home Care Aide training program to better understand the role, boundaries and required skills of my caregiving staff.
Because of the increased senior population, we will need more HCA certified caregivers in the Olympia and Renton areas than ever before, but more importantly, we need to ensure caregivers are trained properly to provide the highest quality of care to those in need.
In addition to running the school, I am also an instructor for nursing CEU courses and the core Mental Health, Dementia, and HCA certification classes in Olympia, WA and Renton, WA and across Thurston, Mason, Lewis, and King counties in Washington state.
