ABOUT US

Sarah Lane (HCA), Owner/Instructor
Owning and operating a home care agency for the last seven years, I am well aware of how important caregiver training is to providing quality, patient-centered care. In fact, before opening my agency, I completed the Home Care Aide training program to better understand the role, boundaries and required skills of my caregiving staff.

Because of the increased senior population, we will need more HCA certified caregivers than ever before, but more importantly, we need to ensure caregivers are trained properly to provide the highest quality of care to those in need.
In addition to running the school, I am also an instructor for Mental Health, Dementia, Diabetes, Traumatic Brain Injury in Olympia and across all of Washington state via zoom. I also teach the HCA certification classes in Olympia, Renton and Vancouver.
