Sarah Lane (HCA), Owner
Owning and operating a home care agency for the last five years, I am well aware of how important caregiver training is to providing quality, patient-centered care. In fact, before opening my agency, I completed the Home Care Aide training program to better understand the role, boundaries and required skills of my caregiving staff.
Because of the increased senior population, we need more caregivers than ever before, but more importantly we need to ensure caregivers are trained properly to provide the highest quality of care to those in need.
In addition to running the school, I am also an instructor for the Mental Health, Dementia, and Home Care Aide Core classes in Olympia, WA and across Thurston, Mason, and Lewis counties in Washington State.
