Sick:

If you, anyone you live with, or someone you have had contact with in the last 14 days, are sick, please let me know right away and DO NOT come to class. I will work with you on a plan to monitor your symptoms and when it would be safe for you to attend class.

Each student will be screened when you arrive at the school. We will take your temperature with a no-touch thermometer, and ask the following questions:

This information will be kept locked in a file cabinet in our locked file room to safeguard your HIPAA information. If you have any of the above symptoms or develop them during class, you will be asked to go home and I will work with you on a plan to monitor your symptoms and when it would be safe for you to attend class.
