On May 5, 2020 the Workforce Training and Education Coordinating  Board informed us that our training programs have been identified as essential and are allowed to reopen and will not be subject to any more closures. We have started offering all classes, but there are some safety requirements to ensure the health and safety of all students and instructions, please see below.

Sick:

If you, anyone you live with, or someone you have had contact with in the last 14 days, are sick, please let me know right away and DO NOT come to class. I will work with you on a plan to monitor your symptoms and when it would be safe for you to attend class.

Screening:

Each student will be screened when you arrive at the school. We will take your temperature with a no-touch thermometer, and ask the following questions:

  • Are you experience any symptoms of a fever (greater than 100.4◦F?

  • Are you experiencing any symptoms of lower respiratory illness such as cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or difficulty breathing?

  • Are you experiencing any fatigue, muscle aches, or new loss of taste or smell?

This information will be kept locked in a file cabinet in our locked file room to safeguard your HIPAA information. If you have any of the above symptoms or develop them during class, you will be asked to go home and I will work with you on a plan to monitor your symptoms and when it would be safe for you to attend class.
